- Complete the Consignment Intake Form to provide details about the items you wish to consign.
- Review and sign the Consignment Agreement.
- Download the completed forms as PDF files.
- Email the PDFs to eracards1@gmail.com for review.
Once the forms are received, they will be reviewed, and confirmation will be sent with the next steps for submitting your items for consignment.
